I am writing to those of you that are looking for a great real estate team to help you sell your house or buy a new one. Like me, you have probably done extensive research in the Las Vegas area to find an agent and team that can get the job done. In my research, I checked with numerous sources including friends, coworkers, and the internet. Once I had the field narrowed down to four or five, I started the interview process. During the interview process I asked a lot of the standard questions: What is your commission? How long is the term of my commitment to use your services? What sales channels do you use to advertise my house? and several others. During this process, I found that not only did Rob Jenson and his group use all the sale channels that I wanted, but that Rob and his team actively sought out new sales channels continuously. They sounded like a forward looking bunch, and had the sales record to prove their worth.

I signed up with the Jenson group to sell my two houses in Las Vegas. I did this during the worst real estate market in history, but I still expected great things. His team was incredible. They took great pictures of my houses, and made up unique and eye-catching flyers. They worked with me every step of the way to craft these flyers and to keep them stocked. They asked me how I wanted to communicate (phone, email, text, etc.). Initially a great deal of our communication was by phone, but when I moved and that became inconvenient, they switched to email. During the time my houses were for sale, Rob Jenson's writing on real estate was featured in several major publications. He was also recently featured in E RealEstate Exec, an electronic magazine.

They really worked hard to sell my two houses. I moved out of state before either was sold, and they took care of everything. Rob and his team know some great professionals that can help; handyman, painter, house cleaner, you name it. They even helped out with a dishwasher repair visit after I had moved out of state. They didn't slow down once we had an offer either. They worked diligently through the offer/counter offer process, escrow, and closing.

I guess I should mention that both houses sold, even in the horrible market. One even sold for more than the asking price! I couldn't have asked for more from Rob or his team. I heartily recommend them to anyone looking for real estate professionals.
